Fluorescent Hand and Machine Lamps

Our high-intensity, hand-held and machine lamps with two-pin fluorescent bulbs from 6 to 58 watts comply with the low-voltage and EMC directives. Depending on the version, they are suitable for areas exposed to splashing water (IP 54) or even for immersion in water as deep as 100 m (IP 68). For areas with explosion hazards, similar hand-held and machine lamps are available with certification to Directive 94/9/EC (ATEX 95).
Thanks to the low surface temperatures - which vary depending on the bulbs used - the lamps can be installed in the immediate vicinity of combustible materials.
The hand-held and machine lamps possess either an integrated electronic ballast or a conventional ballast in the supply line. They are delivered in both single-bulb or dual-bulb versions with the bulbs already installed. Depending on type, the lamps are certified for different supply voltages. The translucent protective tube of high-impact polycarbonate is fitted with a builtin reflector. The end caps are made of sturdy neoprene rubber.
