Our internationally attuned approach to assessing devices and assemblies enables us to conduct unlimited operations outside Europe. With the EC type examination certificates from the PTB, the German national metrology institute in Braunschweig, and DEKRA EXAM in Bochum, we comply with all the requirements for Europe; with UL approvals we comply with those for the USA and Canada; with NEPSI those for China, and with TIIS those for Japan. In addition, the new global certification procedure under the IECEx Scheme is also opening up the markets in Australia, New Zealand, Russia, South America and Southeast Asia to us.

A partnership with thuba gives customers the assurance that they are investing in devices and protective systems that comply with current EC directives and standards. We participate actively in international committees and cooperate closely with worldwide testing and inspection centers and regulatory authorities.

In the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) we are committed to the development of new standards and support their ongoing refinement.
