Multipurpose distribution, switching and control units in "flameproof enclosure" protection


 

This range, which includes different enclosure types (categories 2 G and 2 D) is designed for duty in Gas Group IIC for areas with gas explosion hazards classified as Zones 1 and 2 according to EN 60079-0 and EN 60079-1 and Zones 21 and 22 according to EN 61241-1. The enclosures are fabricated from an aluminium alloy free of copper. The powder coating finish is drip-proof and resistant to seawater. To suit specific installation requirements, the power distribution systems can be built with wall racks or free-standing racks to customer specifications.
