Our management system forms the basis for compliance with Directive 94/9/EC, which calls for an Ex audit by an accredited testing body, in addition to the conformity assessment procedure, when explosionproof equipment is placed on the market. The thuba Group has been issued with a production quality assurance notification by the PTB, the German national metrology institute in Braunschweig.

Directive 94/9/EC offers our customers three clear benefits:

We guarantee that the relevant regulations and standards are complied with from the planning phase onwards. In dubious cases or if the system is very complex, we cooperate with the responsible authorities at the conceptual design stage.
