RMA Procedure
If you want to return a product, please print out, fill in and fax the following RMA-Form to Fax No: +41 61 307 80 10.
You will receive a RMA number which has to be added to the form and has to be returned together with the product. The RMA number enables us to identify the respective process quickly and to answer any questions on your part correctly at all times.
Use the RMA form as delivery note.
Please note that we can't process unfranked returns or returns without RMA number. We don't assume any responsibility for damages during transportation caused by insufficient packaging.

Für Rücksendungen faxen Sie bitte zunächst das vollständig ausgefüllte RMA-Formular an die Fax-Nr.: +41 61 307 80 10
Per Fax erhalten Sie dann eine RMA-Nummer, die Sie im Formular ergänzen und Ihrer Sendung beilegen. Die RMA-Nummer. ermöglicht uns eine schnelle Zuordnung während der Bearbeitung wodurch wir Rückfragen Ihrerseits jederzeit korrekt beantworten können.
Verwenden Sie das vollständig ausgefüllte Formular als Lieferschein.
Unfrei eingesandte Ware oder Rücksendungen ohne RMA-Nummer können leider nicht angenommen werden. Transportschäden aufgrund unzureichender Verpackung gehen zu Lasten des Einsenders.
