RMA Procedure

If you want to return a product, please print out, fill in and fax the following  RMA-Form to Fax No: +41 61 307 80 10. 
 

You will receive a RMA number which has to be added to the form and has to be returned together with the product. The RMA number enables us to identify the respective process quickly and to answer any questions on your part correctly at all times.


 

Use the RMA form as delivery note.

Please note that we can't process unfranked returns or returns without RMA number. We don't assume any responsibility for damages during transportation caused by insufficient packaging.
